We meet to align on goals, roles, and success criteria. Your team whitelists Entrio's URL for web access and sends the data.

Step 2. Data cleansing & normalization

Entrio runs your data through our cleansing & normalization engine, categorizes your solutions, and identifies consolidation opportunities. We meet to discuss the findings and next steps.

Step 3. Pilot

Entrio creates a pilot environment and provides access for 14 days to key users for evaluation and feedback.

Step 4. Develop business case

We meet to assess insights, validate impact, and align to strategic objectives and determining final steps.

What type of data is needed?

The minimum required data includes vendor name, product / solution name, and categorization. It’s important to mention we need the entire tech inventory to run a full analysis.

Is there a cost to a POV?

No, we don’t usually charge for a POV.

Do you deal with any customer data?

No, we don’t need any customer data, neither PHI/PCI/PFI or any sort of identifiable data.

How do we send you the data?

Whatever your preferred file transfer method is, works for us.

Do we need to clean the data?

There is no need to clean or treat the data in any kind of way, just send us the extract data and we take it from there.

Does Entrio require a formal agreement?

No, not unless you request one.

What measures does Entrio take to guarantee security, data privacy, and compliance?

Entrio is ISO 27001 compliant and SOC2 ready. There are two additional layers of API security - an API key along with user/password protection. Data through the API is also encrypted at rest and during transit.

How do I access the Entrio environment?

For the web, we will provide you credentials for 10 users (more if needed) to access the platform. These credentials can be generic or tied to specific users within your organization. For API access, we provide an API key.
